Hey which days of the week is USCIS usually processing NOA2'S and other responses typically?

Cases are processed every day, M–F. Some days they get through a lot and others days not so many. They seem to process a few on Saturday mornings also. The responses will be approval, denial, or RFE

Hi everyone,

Is there still anyone waiting for noa2 when your receipt date is feb 8th.

Each day I feel more and more discouraged. It would help to know others are waiting too.

Yes processing times are at 6-8 months now which does not include NVC and interview. So even if you get a delayed notice recipet, it appears they are backdating and counting the months you waited.

Hi, Appreciate if you could help. I am a K-1, 129 approved and come to Consular last year and got an interview date too. But then COVID stuck before the interview and I have asked time due to closures and lock downs and was granted. I want to know how long the Consular interview could be delayed because I need few more months to settle the things and get prepared everything needed. I am glad of your valuable insight.

If you look at the cases by date tab on the spreadsheet you'll see a lot are still waiting.

  • Feb 3: 35 approved, 13 RFE, 55 still waiting to be processed (53%)
  • Feb 8: 61 approved, 21 RFE, 114 still waiting to be processed (58%)
  • Feb 11: 4 approved, 8 RFE, 69 still waiting to be processed (67%)
  • Feb 12: 4 approved, 134 still waiting to be processed (97%)

I think that hits the dates others mentioned but you can look it up for any other date on the spreadsheet.

So unfortunately, yes, lots of people are still waiting. You're definitely not alone. They've really only just started hitting Feb 11/12 cases. But here's the thing: they're going to start working through the middle of the month and still be doing a few from the early part too. And there's still something like 40% left from the very end of January.

I hope you all get good news this week.

You should post this in the main forum to get more people to see it. This thread is just for people who got NOA1 in February.

Also, please fill out your timeline and when you post in the main forum, state which country and consulate/embassy.

I didn't realize they were still so many to be processed for February. All the holidays coming up and vaccine mandates, i know they are severely understaffed.  Its just a terrible situation right now. Don't give up hope Feb filers! it will come when you least think about it :)

Yeah it looks like they are going a little bit slower with February but still moving!!  My fiancé and me we would like to set up a date for the wedding but in this type of process patience is the key. So hopefully we all can have good news in this month.

Yea seems they are behind quite a bit as according to the website anyone with a case date before 17th can submit an "outside normal priocessing time" service request and we all know that there is a lot of cases left before this date.

I know there’s nothing we can do but be patient, but anyone else going crazy here? Feels like we’ve been on the same couple days forever without any serious progress. Any good coping mechanisms (or entertaining anecdotes) to share while we try to get through this final stretch? 😅
