  1. Wow! I think Atlanta is the one taking longer huh! 8 months for the EAD i can't wait to at least have that one. They submited my case in March 2023.
  2. It's a RFE not a RFIE I read that when its RFIE it takes more because is something you should put since the begining that you send the package but this was extra evidence what they send. But right now we are in a difficult situation with my husband job. I would like if i can ask for a expedite! I am in the state of Georgia also i hear its taking a longer time here but im not sure. 😪
  3. Hello!! I sent my package in February but I recieved the AOS till March 1st. I also recieved a RFE and we sent it and recieved it on May 1st. We still don't have any news, but I see in other cases they recieved the permission to work faster! And with us still not moving anything. 😪😔
  4. I would like to know if someone here already did the travel to Puerto Rico with the visa k1. Im going to get married next month and we would like to have our honeymoon at PR but i didnt find someone that already did it and i al scare about it.
  5. Hello! I have this situation. My fiance is about to move to another house we didnt know this will happen till now so when i filled the DS160 form i wrote down his actual adress in the part that ask where i going to live in the US and i sent it, and paid. He is going to move 15 days before the interview, so i would like to know what i can do? Or how i can notify them?
  6. FINALLY!!! we have a date for the interview, maaan this was long but i am so happy that finally we recieved some good news. Now is time to get ready and wait for the day!
  7. Those are great news!! congratulations I hope the best for the interview. And thanks for your words, thats right it has been a long wait and not all countries are the same timelines even in my country we dont know what to expect all cases are different. I have been feeling so sad because when we feel closer is when more time takes but i hope the time runs I miss my fiance so much.
  8. Here we dont have option to schedule the appointment, they give you the date they have available. This is Mexico!
  9. Believe me you are not the only one left. We just change to ready last week after 7 weeks "in transit" now we are praying for having our appointment date this week it has been a crazy long wait. We were hoping to have the interview by July but i dont know anymore.
  10. THIS IS HOW APPEAR, BUT THERE IS A WAY TO KNOW IF OUR CASE IS GOING IN SOME OF THOSE PIECES? THEY RECIEVED IT THE APRIL 18, AND THE IN APRIL 22 SOME CASES CHANGE TO READY, THEN THIS PAST MAY 9 OTHERS CHANGES, BUT THERE ARE OTHER GIRLS IN THE SAME SITUATION AS US THAT WE ARE STILL IN TRANSIT.
  11. I tried to check DHL but how i can know if is mine there?? Because i see different packages but idk if one of those is ours. Yeah i will try to email them as well.
  12. Well i think i am the only one in this group still in this long process. In mexico the times take longer but now we are worry we have been like a month "in transit" and normally it doesnt take that long to change to "ready" but there are more people in the same situation as us. I would like to know if i should try to contact NVC? Because i already try to the embassy in Mexico but has been impossible to talk to somebody there.
