You have to wait a little bit more, my case stayed at "in transit" for 1 month and 3 weeks after that you going to change to "Ready" and after the ready it could take days or even 2 weeks for you to recieved the email with the instructions together with your interview date appointment just then is when you can pay fees not before.

Bittersweetlovee on 2022-07-15 said:Not always you going to recieved a welcome letter, in our case we recieved the NOA2 and after a month i called NVC to get our case number and you can be checking your status at CEAC.STATE.GOV it took for us like 6 months to change at "in transit" if times still the same your case will change the next month.
