25 days will seem so long and go so fast all at the same time. Good you're not going to be alone the whole time.

Aldi was out of corn dogs on Saturday, meaning another safari, sigh man.

Safaried to a different Aldi today, safari we man.

No corn dogs there, either, no and  man.

Had to get overpriced pack of wrong number (Many, not Many) at different store, sigh man.

 

Breakfast/lunch (after 2 p.m.) was toucans of "gluten-free" chicken noodle soup, recently on closeout at a supermarket man.

 

Napped like an illegitimate male child, need zzz we man.

Conquered single laundry-load, domestic we man.

Dished/de-dished the warsher, domestic we man.

 

Mini-B. delivered just as AFV started, propitious timing man.

AFV enjoyed by we man, wee man, ex-she man, and Cousin Mini-B. man, see man.

Aired soccer ball for Cousin M-B., accommodating we man.

 

Made Mini-B.'s skool lunch, culinary we man.

Made ourselves turkey/mayo sandwich for din-din, fend off highly interested miu we man.

 

Mini-B.'s new bedtime book is "Just So Stories," Kipling man.

If first story is an indication, Kipling just as nuts as anyone could be, appreciate we & wee man.

 

Eager miu has dropped 2 miu-toys in our office, Play with Daddy miu man.

Lunch was a can of Costco chili, ingest we man.

Casa A/C went on fritz, Many degrees outside and then inside man.

A/C guy (whom we trust man) said it's wise to replace fan motor outside, $Many00 man.

Friday, we shall have the casa's condenser unit replaced, $Many,000 man.

Eye exam completed unremarkably, decent ocular shape we man.

Lunched at Subway on blurry drive to casa, of course with use of coupon man.

Eyes undilated by evening, unseemingly long time man.

 

Mini-B. recently complaining about too-small shoes, de-feeted wee man.

Two stores next to clinic, serendipitous man.

We got 2 pair at one and Many (2+1) pair at the other, variety of estimated sizes man.

 

Mini-B. settled on one slip-on pair and one laced pair, try-and-test wee man.

The other slip-on pair will be retained until he grows into them, wee man's idea man.

This means that we have only one store to return stuff to, propitious man.

 

Din-din was hot dogs, ingest we and wee man.

Normal appetizer would have been salad, but Mini-B. had an apple beforehand, skip salad man.

 

Managed to register Mini-B. for an after-skool class, least intuitive process EVER man.

Even Ex-Mrs.-T-B. couldn't figure out the process, trial-and-error success we man.

I hear you.  I have had A/C issues here in the Keys twice this month.  Few weeks ago came here and A/C wasn't working.  I was ready... it was a bad capacitor and I always have a spare.  15 minutes and I had it repaired.  Wife said I was her hero.

 

Tonight I arrived and the "fancy" 2 year old WiFi thermostat was DEAD and would not allow the A/C to work.  Fortunately I am a bit of a pack rat and I still had the old thermostat hidden in a drawer.  Replaced and we have cool air again.
