I am happy to announce that I got my conditions removed and my new Green Card in the mail. MSC office with a divorce waiver.

It's extremely surprising as I applied with a divorce waiver and in the end had no interview. I fully expected one and when I was opening the letter this morning I was dreading seeing the day I would have to go to some USCIS office. But it said I was approved and at my front door was another envelope that I missed which had the card in it.

Congrats! Maybe they are in fact making an effort to reduce the backlog!

Congrats. Interviews should never be necessary if you had a strong evidence, all this changed recently from 2016. It's like things are back to how it was.... which make sense.

Yeah, I think my pack was put together fairly well. All that effort was worth it in the end.

Do you by any chance have a list what you submitted? That would help me see if my package was complete or not. Tx.

My pack wasn't perfect or anything but this was my contents page (I tried to make it easy on the USCIS people). I was concerned about showing financial intermingling so I did some awkward thing to show money I was transferring to my partner's account. To be honest, if you are still together then I wouldn't be worried at all, i751s are rarely rejected and if I skipped the interview even with a divorce I'm sure you'll be fine.

Congratulations 🍾

Did you ever got a ready to be scheduled for an interview status?

Yes, it was "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" for as long as I remember (basically after doing biometrics).

This is an example of a very solid, put together case. Congrats, now go and get a beer to celebrate. You deserve it!

Thank you! We had to submit additional evidence of legitimate relationship. Our packet was really, really thin when we submitted initially, as we hadn’t gotten a bunch of documents and were out of time. We submitted another 40 pages of documents, and apparently that was enough to get us across the finish line!
