Hi is there upcoming elections in April 2021 for Wisconsin. So can we registered for voting?

USC can register to vote 

and those who have naturalized

LPR can not vote

Yes my wife did register online. But shes residing out of usa with me so when do have mail the vote?

I would look at the clerks website for the area in Wisconsin where your wife maintains her US residence.  There should be something there to request an absentee ballot.  If your wife cannot find anything there, then I would go to the WI Secretary of State's website.

Hey, another Wisconsinite, how awesome!! I’m the USC wife in WI as well, don’t come across many of you Indians willing to put up with our weather here lol. 

As for your question, yep, she can go to My Vote WI and request an absentee ballot. The mail has gotten ridiculously slow here so I’d recommend she request it now lol.

Hello guys it's been 4 days we applied for our petition cr1.  My u.s citizen wife living with me in india for 1 and half year. So for her domicile in u.s we going give proof of her registration of vote., Renew driving licence, state I'd, and we applied for our new born baby social security number. He is a us citizen too. Do you guys think it would be enough?

You are a year or more away from needing to do any of that.

Does she maintain a bank account or get any mail in the US at any address (i.e. family member perhaps?) That would help. Agree with above that a baby and their SSN has no relevance to the question of domicile.

She doesn't have bank account or mailing but yeah she does have family. Own brother where we gonna live. And they are even sponsering me.

Seems like your wife has a domicile problem that you are trying to solve.

 

Voting and having a driver's license will not be enough to prove that she has a US domicile.  A US citizen child with a SSN has nothing to do with a domicile.  She has no US banking.  She has been living with you in India for 1.5 years.  By the time the case reaches the NVC, she will probably be living with you in India for 2 to 2.5 years.  Based on everything, it doesn't look like she has a US domicile.  

The simple solution would be for her to return to the US to reestablish a US domicile when your case reaches the NVC.
