Thank you this helped, i have been cursing at my phone past 1 week and hearing same automated lady over and over, i got the same case is outside normal times some one will contact you via email within 30 days, this is the third time they said that in past 4 months. and i see no email come to me. I asked if i can talk to tier 2 officer. i was refused to since it was not an emergency. Moreover i needed my I797 extended since it is expiring soon. i was told someone will or will not call you for getting a stamp on passport. gave me 2 different numbers one for info pass other for referal ID. ;( i am mentally drained huhhhh *cry emoji*

Thank goodness for this forum! I called cause I got an RFE that was promptly canceled while my account was in review. The operator was actually helpful and told me they were making a decision today so now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well.

The system has gotten wise to the "technical assistance" and "technical problem" 

 

It will now prompt you to submit a technical problem on their website haha

but "lost receipt" did work and I'm in the hold que.
