We received our approval today, May 13.  NOA1 was Oct 9.  Processed at California Service Center.  Good Luck Everyone!

I just checked caste status and it says: On June 21, 2021, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e)  we are so happy. Finally after almost 8 months, since october 28 💕

yes, i definitely think this week they're really moving into the 3rd week of october! that being said, they won't get to them all now - i know some 1st week of october filers just got their approvals today (not RFE cases, previously pending/untouched)

Congratulations - how exciting! Really curious how your predicted NoA2 date (from Visa Journey or other apps) compared with the actual? I've been keeping myself going with some of these estimates and just want to know if they were any good for you?

thanks! so my most recent predicted date was Jun-6. i'm about 2 weeks earlier than that timeline, just over 7 months from NOA1.

 

i wouldn't rely on that prediction too much since it's an avg. of the data that people enter here which is only a fraction of total cases. the uscis processing times are more reliable. most people right now seem to have a 7-8 month wait to hear about NOA2

yay!!! if everything goes right i should hear something in 10 days - 2 weeks. i need to stop refreshing my app so much, but I can't help it the wait is killing me

Thank you so much for the new update :) Do you perhaps have an estimated idea when the 30 October receipt dates might expect feedback from the USCIS, or is there simply no way of telling?

Your guess is as good as mine lol! I think based on what we've seen, they're mostly going in order of receipt date and not case #, so I'd guess the week after next is when we'll start seeing some movement for Oct-30? Next week is a shortened week bc of Memorial Day, so I don't know how many they'll actually be able to get through. Hang in there, it's coming up soon!!

Agree, however we can’t forget that at around October 24th 2020 the Dallas Lockbox had a problem that caused many of us not to know if our applications have been received or not until January / February of this year! I am

a November 4th receipt date that did not get my NOA1 until 2/3/21 and my WAC number is in the 27500 range. I am glad to see progress for you guys ....

Sheesh, I don't want to "Adult" anymore this is too much stress lol Keeping fingers crossed for all of us that filed in October to get feedback soon. Again thank you very much for the updates you post, these conversations, feedback and updates keeps me from losing it all together.

 

We we are all approved and finally in the US with our fiance it would call for a big get together and just celebrate lol
