Hello Everyone

My priority date is July 13, 2020 for I-130 Spouse with Child (Outside US). I already have IOE number, but from my experience, we can't track on gov web, but we can access from My USCIS account.

Very excited and looking forward for the progress. Anyone with the same timeline, please share the progress.

Cheers

Maria

Hi,

Where would I be able to see if my case has been touched? Is there a specific site? I'm only using the egov case checker which doesn't seem indepth

Thanks

So I assume it’s been touched because my date changed on my USCIS website account. It went from July 25th-October 17th. That means they’re doing something. They could be adding information, sending an RFE, close to approving, or just reviewing it, etc....

I just went on my USCIS online account. Is that what you’re talking about?

You can see from myUSCIS account. The last ‘touch’ date is in documents sheet.

I am not sure there is another way to see day by day they touch our case, unless you can open ur account everyday. I was doing that, but now i can only wait.

My last touch date was August 18, 2020.

Many prays,

Maria
