Yes, sent it exactly 90 days out. Thanks

All you can do is wait. If they have accepted it, all you can do is expect a RFE to come your way. Good luck!

Update on my ROC case. Received a NOA stating that the fingerprints from my previous case will be applied to the ROC and that I do not have to appear for a biometrics appointment and the fee will not be refunded.

Also, still waiting for the first NOA that case was received with receipt number... anyone get this yet?

ROC Timeline:

June 1 2020- sent package I-751

June 4 2020- Delivered to TX PO Box

June 9 2020- Credit Card charged for the $680

June 16 2020- Online case update; fingerprints applied to case

June 22 2020- received physical NOA for fingerprints being applied to case

would it be too crazy to think that maybe the reason they were not sending NOAs but applying the biometrics and then sending the notice for it very quickly is because they plan to adjudicate ROCs during this time faster? i wish!

Hello I filled my i-751 form almost 10 days ago. But I haven't heard back from then, no checks cashed, no NOA on the mail either. Do you think I will be getting an RFE because I left blank the spaces (the ones that do not apply in my application) instead of putting N/A or NONE.

Anyone had issues with that before? Do you guys put N/A or left the spaces blank?

Hi there, not trying to scare you. I did put N/A on every blank. I also did it when I applied CR1. Maybe it's not a big deal. Just for your reference.

Hey everyone,

Just USPS out my documents to Texas 2 mins ago. I start to get a lot of emotion....relief, anxious, and scared 🤮

I am removing from CR1, and applying joint petition with my husband.

In total 233 pages, collecting them into 2 books. I should have started prepared a bit earlier. It took me 5 weeks to finish, also my GC expired on 08/01/2020 😂

My husband push me everyday to send them out. I just kept postponing it, thinking I might add more evidence in them. There is no way back now until when I got a RFE 🙄

Good luck to everyone on the same boat. I know it's crazy time now. Hope everyone is doing well and keep safe.

I'll keep everyone posted.

Hello everyone,

A little update about my case:

6/12 sent out package to TX

6/15 USPS notified the package has delivered. I obtained Proof of delivery.

6/22 received text message from USCIS. 'Your case has been received. Receipt# MSCXXXXXXXXX. Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail.

I do have some questions if anyone could share insight:

  1. I checked my bank account, my check hasn't been cash yet. Shouldn't it be cashed before having this receiving notice?
  2. How do you check your local office if the case goes to MSC? (I am in VA and I sent my package to TX PObox)
  3. I did a little research about MSC. I am still confused about how MSC(NBC) worked. On an USCIS archived article, it seemed like every case in MSC needs to go through an interview and background check. Is this different from other service centers? is the timeline faster or slower than other SCs? Are the process the same? Getting 18 months extension applied to all the filers?

Good luck everyone, keep strong and stay safe.

Ok so it’ll be one week tomorrow since my check was cashed and still no text message. Has anyone else experienced this or know why I wouldn’t get a text? I mailed within the 90 day window so it wasn’t an early application.

I’m getting concerned now 😰

That is funny!  How can a person forget to file?  That’s one of the most important steps in the whole process. Take responsibility, people!  Typical of so much you see in today’s society.

Yes, agreed! It shouldn't be USCIS job to "remind" us. They really don't care about us lol

Are you removing conditions from CR1? That might be the reason why you were assigned to MSC. That SC from what I read preps cases for interviews. Not 100% guaranteed of course, but that could mean you will be called for an interview.
