Remember you are filing i-751 jointly.  If you can use Google translate to translate the words you don't know and make sense out of the question then you don't need an interpreter.    I don't speak my wife's native language but she understands basic English like you so i go through the questions on the form with her and explain to her items she don't quite understand.

And if you do file for n-400 since it requires basic English competency so she shouldn't be using or needing an interpreter at the interview.

how about Preparer section. My husband is the one filled out the form for me. Should he sign for Preparer section ?

No.  Preparer would be like a hired lawyer or someone other than you or your spouse.   Remember ,you are filing jointly.  I think USCIS want to know if you or your spouse didnt do it who did so we can contact them.   Try don't overthink it.  Its fairly simple application.  Good luck

so it says If you have any attachments, make sure each attached page has your name and A-Number (if any). You may also number the pages and include the total amount of pages being attached (for example, “page 1 of 11”).

It's not required to do this, but if you are an easier way would be to put all your scans into a word file and then type the name and alien number once in the page margin (pro-tip: select the narrow margin option to leave more space on the page for your documents). You can also add page numbers on word also.

I ordered stamp with my name and A-number and stamp each pages of evidence with it. I am a detail freak (OCD I guess lol) tried to do as told so. as long as make officer's job easier and hopefully makes my case faster I am happy to do as told. :)

My evidence closed to over 500 pages so to convert them into word that would had been too long for me :D

In Massachusetts regardless of any Visa status, they give Driving license to Everyone for 5 years. And u renew it after that.I have mine for 5years.My renewal is in 2024.

Illinois and Idaho will only give you DL valid up to your current visa expiration. I (USC) had a due date just a little after his K1 expired. We asked and explained our situation until we were blue but they wouldn't budge nor would they give us the rule in writing so that we could use that to expedite the AOS/EAD. It was so frustrating, but eventually a worker gave us a nod and a wink and broke the rules to extend the expiry on a learner permit for him. He is a better driver than me of course, however technically that meant on the way into hospital in labour I was the licensed driver for his learner permit.

States need to account for those going through the immigration process, and have a special license that just allows people to drive, without any inferred immigration status.
