Hi there guys in posting because my application was rejected once again. it says on the notice that application/petition has not been fully completed. based on the selection made under part 2 application. type or filing category the form I-944 and/or Form I-864/I-864eEz are required. please review the form instructions for information.    I know I can read the instructions but my head is spinning right now this is the 3rd rejection for incomplete forms. So if anyone has insight let me know

Were you missing either of those forms or documentation? Were they filled out completely?

Main mistakes are:

1. Wrong category for the 485 form.

2. Wrong Payment.

3. Forms not signed.

4. Wrong form editions.

5. Wrong category for EAD form (might not reject the whole package, but I think I've a case that they sent everything back because of this).

6. Missing required forms.

Download the current forms again and compare the edition date to the ones you filed last time. That's what rejecting most of the people lately. Missing I-944 is also causing that.

I downloaded the updated forms in April and I immediately filled them out and submitted them . my previous rejection letter said specially that I had the incorrect version of the from so that's why I did that. I also have included the i -944 as it was what was required when I downloaded the newer version of the form. the payment was correct I made sure of that . the forms are signed. I will try to call them and see if they can help me over the phone I'm trying to avoid a lawyer because I can't afford that.

the form that I did not include was the i-865Ez but I submitted the i-864 normal. and I'm pretty sure I filled out everything completely I checked and rechecked lol I was trying to avoid this rejection because of how long the process takes and my family wants their green card to see their family in Mexico as soon as possible

What did you answer for part 2, question 2 of the 485 form?

You don't need 864EZ.

Did you send the NOA2 from the I-129f Application?

What green cards are you talking about?

You only need NOA 2 from your I-129f Application. All the other NOAs probably confused the person that received the package.

my wife's k1 visa green card and everything was labeled as far as whose bias they were just showing we went through the process

I don't get it.

Your wife has a green card after entering with K1? And then she petitioned for your K1 as well?

Anyway, all those NOAs are not required, and it will just confuse the officer looking at your package.

They did exactly the same thing with us..

first time they said wrong edition of i485, when it wasn’t

second time they said i864 was missing when it was sent to them

we’re now waiting a third response (sent 6 weeks ago), and after calling them they’re now saying the don’t have anything record of it.. when mail tracking clearly has it as delivered, 4/25

im pretty sure they’re just making up excuses now to not do their job 🙄

all you can do is reprint, make sure all the forms are there and resend..
