Hello everyone,

I just applied last night July 12th, Sunday. The receipt notice says July 13th. My account has not been debited yet.

It was a nightmare trying to upload documents, I tried Chrome, Firefox and even downloaded Microsoft Edge, but had to use my husband's work computer with Internet Explorer 11 on it to make sure everyone went through. Even then everything seems jumbled up on my documents tab. I would have mailed everything in organized nicely if it weren't for this Covid-19 mess.

I could not send tax transcripts from this year because they are not ready yet even though we submitted them by the regular April 15th deadline. So I included tax returns instead. I definitely did not send as much supporting documents as I did with AOS and ROC, I figure they know me and my marriage by now :). I received my 10-year GC at the end of May (no interview).

Good luck to us all!

Hello everyone. My window will open on the 15th but plan to apply 1-2 days after, that’s what I heard from previous Posts. I will be applying under the 5yrS. I already drafted online my application. I do not see any request for tax transcript. I only see gc,birth certificate, marriage certificate, evidence  supporting dependents.

I see GC, birth certificate/passport for USC, and marriage certificate under required documents tabs. The tax transcript, for me, shows up in the additional documents tab but it does say on that page that you can either submit it now or bring it with you to the interview.

Hmm strange, nevertheless I will upload it and bring it during my interview. Thanks for letting me know.

Yes you can file as soon as you become eligible, doesn't matter if your ROC was approved or not.

Surely you have a conditional greencard you can upload a photo of. Add the i-751 approval letter just in case too.

After a rather rash decision last night 😂, I applied for naturalization this morning. And reading this board is bringing back all those K1 anxieties where "couple a and b did this but we didn't, should we????"

Applied online, have been in the states now for 11 years. I sent in green card, marriage certificate for me and hubs, hubs divorce decree from prior marriage, our sons birth certificate, and that was it. Now I'm like tax returns??? We'll cross that bridge when we get there I guess lol.

Anyway, happy to be here. Stay well!

That's exactly what I submitted too! They didn't ask for anything else online. No tax returns not even a proof of my husband's citizenship..

So after my initial panic, I'm thinking we don't need to do any of that because we no longer require our spouses to seek citizenship. And worse comes to worse, we can always supply that documentation later 🤷‍♀️

Ok guys!  I'm back here again 😀

So I sent in my N-400 application online on July 10th and just received the I-797C Notice of Action form.  I'm wondering what the estimated wait time of 24 days mean?  I take it that it will likely take 7 months to complete the entire process.  Good luck to us all!!!
