Our appointment is 6/1 in Santa Ana, CA. Now I'm worried about the physical exam. My wife and child both had the physical exam in the Philippines over two years ago now in January 2019, entered the USA just before the six month expiration of the visa on July 7, 2019, we got married Sep 21 2019. Do we need another physical? No RFE. I just hate to spend at least $500 on physical exams that might not be needed. When I read the policy, it appears that we do need them. Should I wait until the interview to find out? Then what happens?

If the exam was valid (not over a year old) when you submitted your AOS then you are good. I think that's still the rule. Did you submit your DS3025 with your AOS.

The exam was 4 months over 1 year when I submitted the AOS. I was aware that I should submit the AOS within a year, but needed extra time to get the money together for the fee. Yes, I submitted the DS3025 (vaccine records) with AOS and no RFE. I'm thinking that we might go to the interview with everything else and maybe they won't ask for another exam. We were married and she was living in the USA within a year, so it seems silly to do another exam and waste the money. She and the child are in good health with no issues. I keep going back and forth in my mind about whether we should just go ahead and get another exam here. I'd hate to walk out of the interview without being approved. I'll call around and see if I can find a reasonable price.

Hi! Has anyone successfully completed the EAD renewal process? I am going to submit my renewal at the end of this month and just wanted to be sure I am doing it correctly.  Did you submit the I-765 again and provided the same documentation you provided for the initial application?  Also, did you pay a fee? Thanks in advance.
