Check to cover filing fee and two biometric fees (spouse and her son)

G-1145 eNotification

Green Cards

Social Security Cards (we didn't have them at AoS)

Wife's updated India Passport (since old one expired since AoS and new one has married name and my name listed as spouse)

Tax Returns

Bank Statements from joint account. marriage to present

Affidavit of Residency ( a letter drawn up to affirm where we live, since we live in a family residence and don't have a home loan, mortgage, or have a lease.)

Various bills to spouse at our address...one bill with my name given as attention.

A collection letter that I have been disputing for almost a year now. Addressed to spouse, but I noted proof we paid the original charge in joint bank statements. A petty thing, but hey, evidence....

Family gym membership contract.

Spouse's employer health insurance statement, showing me listed as dependent

My health insurance card, showing spouse as subscriber.

Basically our 2.5 history in photos, with dates and who's who. I tried to add as many family group photos as possible...many of which I am the sole goofy white dude amongst the beautiful Indian faces. LOL. Added photos of our outings  at church, with friends, holiday events, etc.

Finally, six letters of affidavit. This morning, I saw a seventh letter remaining in my filing folder, so I was bummed it was left out.

 

I didn't do the dividing page thing, I just binder-clipped individual sections and then joined it all together with one giant binder clip...and two large rubber bands. It weighed 3.23 lbs at FedEx. This is what I have been doing for all the previous filings.

so far i have 

in the I-751 folder:

- Money order

- Completed i-751 form

- G-1145

- copy of my current resident card

 

in the evidence folder:

- some new photos of us 

- our son's baby shower invitation, birth announcement and birth certificate

- Joint bank account statement

- Joint Car titles 

- Joint tax returns

- Joint car insurance

- both of our driver license (showing same address)

 

Is there anything else you suggest me to add in or its enough?

Hello @Orlandofl1 thank you so much for the advise. I just called USCIS and they gave me my receipt number.

I am so happy I can track my  application on USCIS site now. Extension letter might came in by June due to delays with deliveries.

we are in the same boat waiting for the extension letter. Hopefully coming soon if not coming in 31 days since they received the package need to make request for it on their website or send email at lockbox support.

Called and got my receipt #. She said we will get the mailed letter in about 15 days.

I just receieved a text my Case was received and the  case number starts with EAC Message says official receipt notice to follow through mail.

 

Package was dropped at USCIS last Saturday.

Should I just leave spaces blank if they don't apply to me or should I write N/A in the top of each topic that doesn't apply to me or should I write N/A at each and every blank space that doesn't apply to me?

My package arrived on Friday 15th during the morning. So far the check hasn’t been cashed. Do you guys think I could call for a case number already? I forgot to add the form g11something (forgot the numbers) and therefore do not expect a text.

 

Where would I call? Just the regular USCIS number or the military hotline as we are stationed overseas?

I read April filers still waiting for extension letter!

I don’t know what happens...

We only have to wait....   if I don’t have mine on 6/5 I will send inquiry on their website requesting my NOA

Thank you for your advise! I just called and found out my receipt number as well. It stars with MSC and my case was received on May 15th.
