Comments : Missing police certificate for K1 Interview; Conditionally approved/left passport at the consulate, and was asked to mail in the police certificate as soon as it was available. It was mailed back approximately 14 business days later, and approved within 2 days. Passport/Visa mailed the next day.

6/27/18 - Interview was quick and went well, but we received an Rfe during the interview for expired medical exam.
7/25/18 - My spouse completed another medical exam and submitted the sealed envelope to the SF office.
8/2/18- No response from the SF office, so we contacted our congress woman to ask for an expedite since my wife’s EAD is due to expire at the end of the month. 8/6/18 - we received a status update that the card is being produced. Green card approved!!

Comments : On 8/11, I contacted my Congresswoman's office (Nancy Pelosi) for assistance with my pending EAD and AP applications. On Wednesday 8/16 we received feedback from her office that it would be routed for expedited processing and adjudicated within 5 days / Card received within 15 days. As of 8/17, still pending an update from USCIS.

Update: 8/23, never received electronic notification of approval, but received an approval letter in the mail, along with my I-765 approval notice, on 8/23.

Comments : Application arrived via FedEX at USCIS Lewisville, TX on 5/7 and was signed by B. Robinson. Application was denied and shipped back because it arrived 1 day before the 90-day period. Resent the application packet on 6/2 and it arrived on 6/3, again signed by B. Robinson.

Checks for Application Fee & Biometrics cashed by USCIS on 6/8.

Received a notice on 6/23 that no biometrics would be required (due to COVID-19).

NOA 1 received on 7/1 notifying that the green card expiration would be extended for 18 months while the application is pending.

1/23 - received an update to the case saying the card was being produced. No interview needed
