If your package was just delivered you may want to join the May filers. This is April filers. The info on here won't help you much if you filed a whole month later

Chiming in here and adding to the 'did not receive NOA' list. They received my package on 24 April and I got a text notification on 29 April with the receipt number (although they charged my credit card before that. As usual, very efficient when it comes to collecting payment...) Checking the case status online says that NOA1 was mailed out but to contact them if I don't receive it by 24 May. 4 more days to wait...

Hi everyone!

I am a little concerned because of the extension letters taking so long to be mailed. My husband and I are in the process of a mortgage loan and they asked me for the extension letter because my green card expires in July 😭 this could ruin the whole thing.

Do you thing that maybe with that reason and a letter from the lending company stating that they need a proof of extended status ASAP I could get maybe an I-551 stamp at my USCIS local office??? Or maybe they could mail my letter faster??

what do you guys think?

I have no idea! I think you can always try to get the stamp and see what happens but it looks like no extension letters will be coming our way quickly. Looking at May filers and they also are not getting their extension letters. We can only hope they arrive before our GC expire.

If I was you, I would try every avenue to see if I could. Good luck!

I would email lockbox support and also use the link I posted in here for non-delivery. I only used the non-delivery notice and that was enough to get it resent. Some people have had to do both

Great! How did they tell you about remaining your NOA? Through email? We sent an email to the lockbox but never heard back from them.

I read on other forums that it took some people up to 2 months to receive their NOA... Also, May filers are having the same issues as us. So we are not alone! I’m hoping it’ll magically appear! Good luck! I hope it’s your NOA!!

I used the online form I posted in a link on here. Look back a few pages. They mailed it the next day. But we are military and I don’t know if that helped because other people haven’t had the same luck.

Congratulations!!! Yes we used the online form too. My question was how did they let you know it was sent out again. Did they send you an email to let you know it was sent out again?

Im glad they expedite military. It’s the least they can do for you. Thank you for your family service especially on this weekend.
