Did you use the link I posted above? I didn't send an email

Yeah, I sent it yesterday. I got an email starting they would get in contact with me by June 8th. I legit don’t know what else to do 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ok, mine said June 7th and I got my response today. So maybe tomorrow they will respond. It just says they will re-mail my NOA out in the next 15 days.

Also, I don't know if this makes a difference...  I selected the military or military spouse box. I doubt it makes a difference just not sure why they would need to know that we are military 🤷‍♀️

I just spoke to customer service and she had no idea what extension letter we are talking about. She claims there is an automatic extension attached to your case from the day you file. She said there is nothing you can do but inquire and wait for them to respond. I guess I just have to wait... congrats on getting a response and I hope you do get it in 15 days!!
what did you write in last action on case?

They tend to not know what anything is. The majority of the service reps are clueless unfortunately. I put fingerprints were applied to my case. And then said that I didn't receive NOA with 18month extension.

Yeah I wrote something similar. I think maybe the military had some part to do with it or you were just lucky! I’ll keep you posted if I hear anything.

Letter in the mail was NOT my NOA. Its been 31 days since my received date. I stupidly booked a DMV appt to renew my license this morning. Now I have to cancel. The letter was to say my fingerprints were taken and I don't need biometrics to be done. I'm exhausted from stressing about this. Something is clearly wrong on USCIS's side. *sigh*

So sad 😞 please keep posting when you receive your NOA. Hopefully it’s on way

The same here. I got this letter today and I was very excited about it, but then I realized that it wasn’t the extension letter. I called uscis right away and emailed once again to lockbox support for them to mail me a copy. By the way I’m curious about your appointment at the DMV, did they tell you that this NOA wouldn’t work?

Received email back from USCIS with regards to NOA/18 month extension letter. They said to email Lockboxsupport with receipt number and address and they will send a duplicate copy. *sending 4th email*  🙄

That's so strange. They just told me they would resend mine. I never emailed lockbox support at all. What did the response look like? Mine was very much automated. 'USCIS will re-mail a receipt notice, please allow 15 days'

I'm sorry. Mine looked the same but with the line about re-mailing and nothing about sending a request to the lockbox. Still no sign that they have actually mailed it out though so we'll see.

It is what it is. I’m going to give it a week and send another inquiry. Maybe I’ll get someone else who will send it out. I’m just exhausted already and this is just the beginning. Hopefully they will respond and I’ll get some acknowledgement. I also hope you do get yours.. you will be our hope haha

Oh I see. Because on the rejection letter we received, it says "please submit the application package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of this letter."

And that address is a POBOX instead of the original phoenix location I sent to

I just wanted to follow up and let you know that I received the text notification that our case was received.  We have our receipt # now, and the NOA is "in the mail" its way to us now.

02/14/2017: I-129f sent
02/17/2017: I-129f delivered (TSC)

02/27/2017: NOA1 text/email (transferred to CSC)
