Hello guys ,how are you doing ?
me and my fiancé are starting up our K1 visa process 

what forms are we supposed to submit Apart from the 129F petition like all the forms we need  ?

And another thing we have been dating since 2018 thou we lost most of our chats and call logs from 2018 to mid 2019 even thou we have pictures,Can we just provide the chats and call logs we have at a moment 

I will be grateful for your help

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

If you are an FB3 holder and not naturalized, you are not eligible for a K1 visa.

March 2, 2018  Married In Hong Kong

April 30, 2018  Mary moves from the Philippines to Mexico, Husband has MX Permanent Residency

June 13, 2018 Mary receives Mexican Residency Card

June 15, 2018  I-130 DCF Appointment in Juarez  -  June 18, 2018  Approval E-Mail

August 2, 2018 Case Complete At Consulate

September 25, 2018 Interview in CDJ and Approved!

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved

Chicago IL is not a service center. It simply collects your petition, verifies preliminary items and forwards to a service center for processing.

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

An I-129F sent to Chicago...? That seems really off. The petition must be sent to the Dallas lockbox, which will then assign it to a service center (which will be CSC as they initially handle all I-129Fs for a K-1 now).

Even Chicago has a lockbox ....my fiancé stays in Boston Massachusetts....and his supposed to send them to Chicago lock box 1st 

that’s what I don’t get

You have already been told that K1 petition is to be sent to Dallas Lockbox and not to Chicago one and you are saying

As I already said in your another post, either read the guidelines and instructions thoroughly and then ask questions on any confusions OR get a lawyer if you really want the successful outcome.

@arken some being rude ,I said soo Cz my fiancé lives in Boston Massachusetts and it  indicates that he should send the petition to Chicago lockbox and @geowrian says Dallas lockbox ...That’s why I said am confused Cz I needed to understand and be enlightened about it

FYI, all  I-129f petitions are currently processed at the California Service Center.
