I have the same issue. Interview in Feb but estimated completion time moved to Sept 2021. I wonder if this is a bug.

Where do you see the schedule posted?

I think it is a bug. My estimated wait time is 6 months, but the interview is 36 days away. Also, other VJ users from my local office received their oath either 2 weeks or 2 months after interviewing.

This is the court schedule I found online: http://www.gand.uscourts.gov/naturalization/

I'm not sure how often USCIS holds their ceremonies, but it should be more frequent than once a month.

Felicidades PonJor on receiving and the confirmation of your Naturalization interview scheduled on February 4, 2021.   Our next threshold will be scheduling of an InfoPass appointment to get a 551-I extension stamp in his Mexican passport prior to 02/21/2021.  We'll contact and reach out to the USCIS liaison Christopher in our US Congress Representative Lucy McBath's office to request and schedule the appointment.  We are certain that each of you must be ecstatic and greatly relieved that you can see the light at the end of the final USCIS maize...  After the Covid pandemic wains and it is safe to publically socialize again, we'll have to agree to agree to meet and brake bread together.

Gracias MXcompadre! Hopefully everything will go smoothly at your InfoPass appointment and will assist in getting your case moving. Yes, it feels like a worry has been lifted from our shoulders and we can breathe a little easier. I still don't want to jinx it or say we're 100%, because we have the pending I-751 and who knows when we'll get the oath ceremony, but I feel relieved we have something on the books.

And yes, after its safe to socialize and meet with people we'll need to meet up!

Feb filers,

I filed my N400 first week of Feb 2020. 3 year rule, after 751 was approved.

My N400 interview is scheduled for late January 2021, Hartford CT office (hopefully all goes well).

Do you know if Hartford CT is doing same day oath? If not, any idea of the wait time with current conditions?

I hope you all hear good news about your pending cases. Almost there

Hi- I am so glad you posted! I am also a Hartford member- no one else in this group is. I saw someone in the November group did receive their oath the same day - other than that person I can't confirm the oath will be scheduled the same day. Hopefully. Good luck! Husband filed 2/14 so I hope he has his interview just as soon. Are you able to update your timeline on the site? IF you click your user name in the top right corner and then "my timeline" "edit/add my entry" you can enter the date of your N400 file, biometrics and interview date- that would greatly help other Hartford members. I saw only 2 Hartford members updated their timeline in 2020. Thank you so much and good luck- please come back and post your experience after your interview :)

Are there any others waiting for their oath ceremony to be scheduled after their interview?

I first saw online it had an estimated waiting time of 4 months, yesterday that changed to 7 months! I guess I just have to wait again!!

Hello. Same as your case I didn't have same day oath ceremony. I had the interview the same day that you, the officer required certain information and told me that the decision would send it to me in a letter by mail. Just yesterday I received an online notification from USCIS (because I filled out my citizenship petition online) saying that my case had been approved and that I am on the list to be schedule for the oath ceremony.
Another person with whom I have been speaking here in the forum, had a similar situation (he did not have his ceremony the same day -December 16-) and he told me that he already had his ceremony this week in January 07, and he also told me that apparently a ceremony is being scheduled for the end of January. So they'll probably include us in that one.

Is there a waiting time specified on your online account? I also filed online, so far it only says that they recommended my case to be approved and that my case has been submitted for quality review. It also says that the oath ceremony will be scheduled and I should receive a letter. So far, nothing, but I hope it will come soon!! Glad to know I am not the only one 😉

Hello,

On my account it shows that the time to complete the case is 4 months (I think).
So if it says that you are on the waiting list for you to be schedule to the ceremony, I think it will not take long. Maybe we will have the same ceremony date. lol

We just have to be checking the mailbox every day waiting for the letter with the date and time of the ceremony.

Because, you remember the person who I told you that he was also waiting for his ceremony, well, he wrote to me and said "He get an appointment letter for his Oath ceremony just one day before the scheduled date! He've obtained my Naturalization certificate."

So, we have to be alert, Do not miss the letter on the mail box and the ceremony date.

Please let me know if you get any letters from USCIS.

I might call the USCIS about time.

If you’re talking about the same person I talked to, molladerm; he had a different case where his interview was just too late in the day to be able to do the ceremony on the same day.

It sounds as if your case needed some additional review like mine. All cases are different and you could get your ceremony earlier than mine. But I keep my fingers crossed and will let you know when I get news. Good luck!!! Let’s hope for the best!!

I highly suggest signing up for informed delivery with USPS- you receive an email every day with the letters you are getting so you didn’t have to wait by the mailbox daily 😂 https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action

My question is underlying condition for covid 19 have to reschedule or just an option?  And the screening test when you coming to the building? Do they ask about underlying condition for covid 19? Thank you for your help.
