Just checked case.

Fingerprints applied yesterday Jan 21st.

Was transferred to NBC on Jan 13th. 

*happy dance*

May 22, 2017 to Mar 10, 2018 - Start of K-1 Visa Process to Point of Entry to USA

Apr 13, 2018 - Marriage

Apr 23, 2018 to Nov 15, 2018 - Start of Adjustment of Status process to Green Card in hand

Aug 11, 2020 to Feb 24, 2021 - Removal of Conditions on GC start to 10yr GC in hand

Awesome. Looks like they are starting to get the ball rolling. My fingerprints were applied yesterday too.

7/14/20 - Application mailed.

7/17/20 - Application received.

7/24/20 - Text notification received with a WAC number.
7/31/20 - 797 received. Printed on 7/26/20.

1/06/21 - Case transferred.

1/13/21 - Received transfer notice in mail.

1/21/21 - Biometrics applied.

1/26/21 - Received biometrics reuse notice in mail. 

2/11/21 - Called for an update on my case and was told file is in local office.

2/26/21 - Received interview notice. Printed on 2/22/21.

 

N-400 - Military Service Based

1/12/21 - Application submitted online; Application received.

1/13/21 - Received IOE electronic receipt notice via email; Biometrics walk-in; Case status changed to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS."

1/19/21 - Received paper receipt notice in the mail.

1/22/21 - Received email from USCIS that a new receipt notice will be issued due to an error on the previous one.

1/26/21 - New receipt notice posted on my online account. 
2/01/21 - New receipt notice arrived in mail. 

2/11/21 - Called for an update on my case and was told file is in local office.

2/19/21 - Case status changed to Interview scheduled.

2/22/21 - Interview notice posted on my online account.

2/26/21 - Received paper interview notice in mail.

3/16/21 - Biometrics Reuse notice posted online.

3/26/21 - Received biometrics reuse notice in mail. 

3/30/21 - N-400 approved; Same-day oath ceremony.

Hi everyone, do you notice that they just keep increasing the processing time. Few weeks ago I checked it was 17 to 21 months. Now it is up to 22.5 months 😠. I have been waiting for 17 months now, I remember the time when I applied it was not that long. WAC is suck as hell, I don't think they are treating us as human beings anymore. Start losing my mind now.

Are you eligible for citizenship?? If you want to apply, you should apply and it will probably "unstick" your I-751. Alternatively, you can contact your senator's office or the ombudsman for help.

Congrats! Looks like a good number of I-751 cases are having cards produced at around the 1-year mark. I know somebody else who also got his 10-year card around 12-13 months after filing his I-751. I filed August 2020, so I'm hoping we will get the 10-year GC around then. But even if it doesn't come, I'm applying for N400 this summer.

I checked yesteday and today.

10 Feb - Your card is being produced

11 Feb - Case has been approved.

 

So much relief. In August I can apply for N400 citizenship so gonna start researching for it. They apparently have changed the test for it too.

i wanna give some of you guys hope. 

 

I applied for i751 and it was delivered on 10/15/2020 through my attorney. 

A few days ago, my attorney contacted me and told me that my case has been approved. 

 

When i checked my status online 2 days ago, it said New Card is being produced. 

Today my case changed to "Case was approved".

 

It only took me 4 months!

I also didnt get a biometrics appointment notice

Hopefully more people get approved as quickly!
