I got e mail this morning my Passport was approved and shipped. Processed at Dallas passport Agency. Applied on August 10th. They started to process on August 20th. Exactly 4 weeks.

Just got my certificate back. So the complete timeline for Routine (regular/standard) processing with standard delivery, applied for both book and card ($140 total + $35 USPS execution fee):

That only means they are closed to the public.

They are in phase two, meaning there are people behind the locked doors processing applications.

1st Biometrics Letter: Received letter on 5/31/2019 that they will re-use my fingerprints.  

2nd Biometrics Letter: Received new letter on 10/25/2019 to do biometrics on Nov 4. :bonk:

I do not know how on what basis they are choosing the order... I see that my passport is coming from Arizona ( from the usps tracking). I should receive it today in my mailbox....

I was assuming usps would send it to the local passport center in NY. I guess I was wrong...

Updated for our timeline. Submitted regular non-expedited application on Oct 5 at local townhall, check was cashed on Oct 14, and passport mailed out on Nov 24 with an delivery date of Nov 30. 8 weeks total from application submission to passport in hand.
