I had the interview at the US Embassy in Pakistan, the consular asked me to show Petitioner’s Proof of Domicile and I was sent to the Administrative Process. Will these documents be enough to show Proof of Domicile? If — they still demand some more things what should I do? How much time will this take to be completed?

Evidence of domicile usually consists of things like copies of taxes, driver's licence, utility bills, etc.  What did you submit?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

The documents you submitted may or may not be sufficient.  Aren't the documents 3 or 4 years old?  She has lived in Pakistan since 2016?  If so, you might want to submit recent documents showing she is currently looking for a job in the US or documents showing where you intend to find housing in the US......just my thoughts....good luck.

I had the interview at the US Embassy in Pakistan, the consular asked me when you wife came to Pakistan. I said in 2016 and since then she has been living here.   The Consular demanded to send/upload Petitioner’s Proof of Domicile and at the end of the interview I was given two slips (1) White Slip and  (2) Yellow Slip.

I uploaded and sent the copy of voting record, a letter to perform jury service, state ID and Social Security Card.

Will these documents be enough to show Proof of Domicile? If — they still demand some more things what should I do? How much time will this take to be completed?

I have attached the white slip that was given to me at the end of the interview, I saw many suchlike white slips of others and everyone's was ticked any of the above four boxes, but mine was ticked none. Is this a good sign or still same which does not matter?

Thanks

and property ownership, rental agreements, payslips, school enrolment. . . Anything that proves that petitioner lives in the US or is going back.

A spousal visa is for reunifying the partners.  No point in approving if the petitioner is not in the US.

I had an interview at the US Embassy Islamabad, the interview went well, but the Consular did not issue me the visa and said to show Petitioner's Proof of Domicile.

My wife is the petitioner of my case, she is a US Citizen. She has been living in Pakistan since 2017 and did not go back. My wife was dependent upon her parents before marriage so she did not have any bank account, house paper, vehicle ownership, and tax return.

My Question is how I could show the Proof of her Domicile?

We have one year old son he is also US Citizen.

Please give me advice to get out of this situation.

Thanks

Her valid US passport probably counts as proof of domicile. There's a bunch of other documents and proof she can use. For one, she can say she's in PK temporarily because her family is all in the US. Write statements to say she's in the US temporarily and intends to move back to the US shortly. Does she have a temporary visa? that can also be used as proof of her intent to stay temporarily...
