I submitted I-130 in January 2019 it went to Nebraska service center and in December 2019 it got approved. In March we submitted all the documents  for NVC stage. So it’s been 1.5 years already. Just hoping she’ll have her interview early next year.

wow...how long!!! I'm from California and my case should be reviewed at California Service Center. Per their estimation, I should wait for my case approved in 5-7 months. However, there are some ppl to advise that dont trust what USCIS processing time presents to us; it is probably a glitch in a system. I'm praying my parents' files processed in the correct timeline. I cant do anything else except of waiting in the US since I have many plans to do out of the US in the coming time.

I think I-130 applications are processed faster now, the problem is the ban on ir5 visas that will put a huge backlog when its lifted on December 31. I’m trying to stay positive, but there might be another executive order coming out in August again. But like you said, we can’t do anything right now, so just waiting.

Hey everyone I am so close. I submitted my docs on May 18 and received an email that my I864 AOS document was rejected because I did not submit all the pages. So it seems they are still reviewing our docs although the ban is still there. I just want to get DQed and sit back and wait until this ban is lifted. Will keep you all posted. Submitted the replacement today and will see. Everything else was accepted.

I think getting DQed is an important milestone. Next step after that is finding health insurance.

I also got an email for my mom NVC documents. They have accepted everything except the Canadian police certificate. I didn’t read carefully and didn’t get the certified police criminal check, and just got the regular one. So they want the right document.
I’ll get them to grab that and I will send it over.
I am sure my step dad will get the same rejection.
I didn’t realize requirements had changed since I applied back in 2013 for myself.
Oh well, glad they accepted everything else
