USCIS closes case and sends everything over to the NVC (National Visa Center) for processing. You & your parent(s) will receive an email from the NVC with instructions (subject: Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation) - it will have login details for Department of State's Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) - you login and pay fees (need US checking account), you complete the affidavit of support (I-864) / upload required financial docs....then your parent(s) complete the immigrant visa application (ds-260) / upload required civil docs - then if everything is in order they will give your parent(s) an appointment for interview at the nearest US embassy. That's it.

With Covid, I'm not sure what the processing times are. The transfer from USCIS to NVC and the email from NVC were all very fast. Guessing timeline also depends on the country the embassy is in.

I’m just waiting for interview for my dad since july 15, 2020 until now no scheduled interview date. I asked NVC they said embassy manila haven’t given them available interview date yet. It’s so stressful.

Oh wow! I’m also from the Philippines. I hope they start sending interview dates soon! Just got my approval for my dad today after 4 days of being “case is being reviewed by uscis”. My mom still shows “case received...”

Just received the approval for my mom’s case today after few hours of changed status (case is being actively reviewed by uscis)!!! Both parents are now approved!!! Just waiting for the welcome letter from NVC!!!

Isn’t the pause on interviews due to the executive order Trump had signed stopping certain classes of visas to be given out due to covid-19 relief? 
he extended that till end of March and I don’t think Biden reversed it today.

Both my parents approved today after 24 hours of case if being actively reviewed status. Applied i30 for my mom dad in Potomac center. Took whole year for processing. Now looking forward for NVC stage. Guy please keep posting here so we know how to proceed further.

Received the email from NVC for my dad’s today. Status changed to “Case Was Sent to the Department of State”. Case number assigned, I was able to log in on https://ceac.state.gov/IV. Shows further instructions about fees and uploading documents.

Received the letter from NVC for my mom's today 01/23/21. Both parents off to NVC!!! 😍

PD 1/28/2020 --> Approved on 1/22/2021 --> Received email from NVC today(1/25/2021) for both my parents.  Paid $325 for each for IV and one time $120 for AOS fees. 

Now waiting for fee processing so AOS and financial documents can be submitted.

I already paid 1 AOS fee for both parents. It shows "paid" now. I am currently filling out the I-864 form. The internet fillable one is not automatically typing "1" for myself under Part 5 #2. So I am completing it written. My question is: 

1. Since I only paid 1 AOS fee, do I complete only 1 I-864 form?

2. Under Part 3 #2, do I check this box and write my other parent's name under Family Member 1 since they are immigrating at the same time? 

3. Related to my question #2, it says on Part 3 #2 "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition", does this mean that I should not write my other parent's info in this form?
