Where do you find the info about the office online? I don't see it. On the biometrics letter it says NBC and the only update I got is that will take longer.

I was guessing mine since y attorney send it to Texas

Hi, I’m from Newark too

what do you mean by they do not transfer cases for the N400?

I submitted my N400 online on dec 5th with my I751 pending ( Jan 2019). Last week my case751 was transferred to my local office, but then they transferred to NBC in Missouri!

and now says that a new office has jurisdiction!

Hi Eddie, they do not transfer the N-400 because the interview for this form has to be close to you so they can not send that case too far, what they can do is transfer your I-751 which is what is happening with you right now.

New regulations were adopted about 6 months ago that clearly state due to some centers having a backlog of applications they can and will transfer applications to other centers and any travel expenses will be borne by the applicant.  The only part of the application process that they will do locally is the fingerprinting.

As much as they can is transfer the case to a different location through NJ, they do not transfer interviews to a different state, and to be honest even when Newark is slow I think 4-6 months is not too much if you compare with other states. So far I have never seen a transfer for the N-400 interview in NJ, hopefully he is going to have his interview soon.

What is your estimated case completion time?

I would like to know if it is similar to mine (August 2020).

yeah yeah... although first they transferred my case to my local office(Newark, which makes sense), but then they transferred to NBC Missouri ... 😫

I woke up this morning and I got this (see below). My interview is scheduled (I don't know when because it's not showing yet in my documents tab) even though my biometrics appointment was on January 7 (only 8 days ago).

Estimated case completion time still says December 2020 (11 months).

This is probably the most amazing thing I have seen. This isn't even possible in NYC. Congratulations man, I hope and pray I will be this lucky.

I know there is a separate thread on Seattle but curious any Dec filers in Seattle? My estimate is March 2021 :( Hoping it comes sooner. It moved up to Feb 2021 for a few hours after the biometric but now its back to March 2021. Any ideas?

My estimated time is still February, 2021 and it has not changed. Where do you live on the eastside or in seattle? South seattle? I think location has a difference?

Hello,

I checked my USCIS online account and my interview letter was there today, so I'm updating the table. I have an interview on February 24 (Monday) at 10:55. I wonder if they'll let me bring the husband with me.
