That is what the impeachment proceeddings are for, I don't know why I the foriegner have to explain this to Americans.

So you are saying that now anytime the House is in the hands of the party opposite the Presidency, they should simply just conduct impeachment inquiries regardless.  I think it is called the "Search for Bigfoot" strategy.  Btw, you do know that in the case of two of the three other impeachment proceedings, there was an actual identified crime before the proceedings had actually begun.  In the Johnson case, he was accused of breaking a questionable political law passed, but of course he survived.  Regardless, I love the new precedent the Dems are setting, it will be fun next time a Dem is in the WH and the GOP controls the House.

You said they have to search for a crime.  Well, I am here to tell you that anyone that reaches the level of politics to reach the Presidency, they will certainly have skeletons in their closet that the other party will or can certainly try to uncover under the guise of impeachment.  So by your definition that sets an interesting precedent.  If I am wrong in my interpretation, then please tell me what the crime is that President Trump is supposedly guilty of other than beating Hillary Clinton in 2016?

   Why do people continue trying to suggest Trump is draining the swamp? I know some people fell for that hook line and sinker, but most knew it was never going to happen. He has brought in as many Washington insiders and business cronies as any president in history.

   Sure, but turning over the swamp is not the same thing as draining the swamp. I get that some people may have believed the initial intentions, but I'm not sure why anyone still persists with the claims at this point. Trump didn't drain the swamp. He just remade it in his own image.

Considering how partisan and corrupt DC is, I doubt anyone is capable of truly cleaning it up.  Personally, I will settle for what is going on now.
