I guess our G form didn't work for the text/email notifications but I just picked up our NOA letter from the Mailroom.

Hi all, here's my timeline:

10/31/19: UPS delivered I751 in Taxes

11/6/19: Check is cashed and received text + case number

If I check here (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) it says case was received 10/31, but if I check here (https://myaccount.uscis.gov/; in which website I was able to see my case status before I could check at the old USCIS website) it says that my case was received 11/5. Anyone can explain the difference? I guess whatever will be on the physical NOA I'll get is the correct one?

Hi everyone! I feel like my package is lost at this point....

I sent the package to the Arizona PO box with USPS and it was delivered on 10/28. I haven't received a text update  or had my CC charged yet. Is this normal???

Our receipt number starts with MSC so that means we’ll need an interview 😕 Anyone here who sent in their I-751 to a Dallas, TX whose receipt number starts with something else other than MSC?

I sent mine to Dallas TX. I got my NOA and 18 months extension 7 days after submission. Two weeks later my case was transferred to MO

I got my extension with WAC receipt, does that mean I won’t have to go for an interview?

Can anyone tell me. Since MSC prepares the ones that needs interview.

Thanks

I don't think MSC Service Center (National Service Center) receives only the "Interview" Petitions. They just help out with the case load of the other two Service Centers. If they would that means they must have reviewed the whole petition already and made a decision on it. So in my opinion MSC is just a Service Center like the others. I am at MSC too. I know they transfer a lot of different petitions to other USCIS Service Centers because they are so behind. I would not worry too much.

If they think an interview is necessary they will let you know and it doesn't really matter which Service Center you are in. Interviews most likely happen to clear lack of evidence or they have any doubts of bona fide marriage. And before that they'll send RFE's to provide more evidence.

What I read about the MSC Service Center on here,  is that MSC sends petitions to your local USCIS Service Center and they schedule interviews. That is their (Local Service Center) way of processing petitions faster.

I read that most people were done within 6 months with the whole process when the local service center took over. They have their own timelines for processing petitions. So, actually a good thing.

Nah, MSC is a service center just like the others. Has nothing to do with getting an interview or not. If you are adjusting from a K1 or CR1 and had a greencard Interview before it seems like ROC interview is less likely. All service center have the same chances of getting an interview though so WAC doesn’t automatically mean you won’t have one.

Sent to Texas and Nebrask (NBC) I’m guessing from the MSC receipt number.

Hi everyone! I feel like my package is lost at this point....

I sent the package to the Arizona PO box with USPS and it was delivered on 10/28. I haven't received a text update  or had my CC charged yet. Is this normal???

You got your green card approved on 06-28-18. Your filing window for I-751 does not open till approx April 1st, 2020. Why did you file it so early? The package will probably be sent back to you in entirety.
