i got the same message today.

When you log into your account, you see the status right (on the new website, my.uscis.gov). Mine just says "we received your case"

I filed 10/1/2019

I'm a divorce waiver, and my number is before you guys. This makes me afraid...I wonder if this means mine is delayed due to divorce or whatever else. Ugh :(

Hi,

Does anyones case still show case received? I took my fingerprints since December but it never updated to fingerprints taken.

My husband also did biometrics in Jan and his case status never updated to reflect that. His still says “case was received”.

Thank you for your response. I even saw someone commenting on another forum about the "new uscis page" and I created another account but nothing. Hopefully we will get a change soon.

What’s the new USCIS page? I got updates today saying that my case was updated saying a biometric was taken but I never received biometric appointment. I filed last December, from Tacoma Washington

What does it mean if “transferred to local office”?
