That is awesome news ! When did they receive your response to RFE ?
I also found this post from July filers -

The time they take to schedule interviews depends on your local office I believe !

I remember to heave read that  this means we don´t have to worry anymore about getting an RFE request, can anyone confirm that?

I think there have been a few cases of people getting RFEs after their case switched to 'ready to be scheduled', actually.

We didnt send the whole federal tax return for the most recent tax year just the W2. So they requested that.

My online case never changed until they received my response

Thank you, I will keep a little spot open in my mind then, that it could happen, but I´m still relieved that it is´nt that common!

Oh hope we are close. Our RFE was of 10/01 received on 10/06 and now they received our response on 10/15.  I am pretty uncomfortable because we have filed together for me and child and this is regarding my sons I-864. Wish it were mine instead, or none at all

PS: not that a few months will really matter in terms of interview at NYC but we need those EADs badly. A K2 can only get their SSN through/after EAD. Without SSN poor kid can't get orthodontic coverage through his stepfather's insurance

I have a question! I filed for my mom I-485 family base, but she got an RFE because we sent her documents after the 60 days limit so the RFE says that if she gets an interview Appt. We most bring the documents they ask and in the end of the RFE it says in capital letters DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS AT THIS TIME.
