As many will know the VJ ToS is my Bible and I am having an issue in determining how to address this HOT issue of our time, one that can not be ignored. I had thought of posting in the Canadian forum but obviously this is an issue that could effect us all. So I have done some editing to appease the Mods.

 

A born male who identifies as female, and whose male round thingies is still intact, is suing female-only waxers on the basis that their refusal to wax his round thingies – sorry, her round thingies – is an act of discrimination. Yes, this person believes that because he identifies as female he should therefore have access to every female service, including the most intimate female services. Any female beautician who refuses to tend to his thingies is being ‘transphobic’, apparently, because they are denying his womanhood. Even though he has a thingy. And other thingys. And is a man. .

A legal representative for the women who have been taken to the HRC says his clients have become ‘depressed, anxious and sleepless’ as a consequence of being talked about as human-rights abusers, transphobes and deniers of gender identity.

 

Many of the women who have had action taken against them are migrants. Some speak English as a second language. One is Sikh, and also works home, and she has a religious issue with waxing male thingies

  I would think pulling the strip things off his thingies might take care of the whole problem.   As someone that knows many people who have identities that don''t align with their parents expectations knows you will never make everyone happy.  With every handicap you will get some gold digger that wants nothing more then to get their 5 seconds of fame.  My suggestion for the salon would be to find a place that has experience in the procedure and offer a referral to that facility on the theory that their people have not been trained on that exact process and even ask if the customer knows of a place that provide training . .

It seems some have settled with Jessica and the rest will be in Court at the end of this month, Canada has Human Rights Courts and from my understanding of Canadian law it seems a slam dunk win for Jessica.
