Reasons of denial at the interview?

Hey everyone, I have my interview this September and I started gathering the documents.  The us embassy in Tunisia is barely issuing visas every month ( 5 k1 visa per month maximum) is there's a reason for that ? Can anyone tell me what's the most common reasons for denial?

My case is not complicated at all me and my fiance have only 5 years between, none of us was married before or have kids , no criminal record  , he makes between $25,000 and $30,000 every year, he pay taxes,  we have seen each other twice for 1 month face time in total, he met my family and we have alot of evidence.  Should I be worried? Is there's anything I can do to avoid denial at the day of the inteview?

very true

in April only 1 K1

in May only 4

reasons for denials are varied

the best thing for you to do is only worry about your case

do not concern with others

as it is up to the Tunisian to show a real relationship to the USC to the CO in the interview (and those denied could not)

so ,  prepare yourself by knowing every stupid little and big thing about him

where he lives

his family

his weather

his work

things like the above

I agree, worry about what you can control and not what you can't. Denials vary and too many to list. From your information that you supplied above you have a very normal and realistic case. The best recommendation I can make is that your petitioner send you (scan and email is fine) a copy of the I-129f application. There is a boat load of information contained in that document that can help you answer many of the questions that will be asked.  Remember, you are there for one reason to convince the CO that you have a genuine relationship. Good luck.

Trust me they will not be asking for the I-129f as they have it within your electronic/paper file. If it is not on the P3 it is not necessary to have it at the interview.

June 2019 Tunisia issued I believe 12 k1 visas and 20 spousal visas. You can look on visa statistics on the US government website. They don't have too many interviews because its a small country. 90% are approved so dont stress. We are waiting on an interview date so right behind you.

I feel less stressed after I read your comment 😊 I hope everything goes well . I mean being nervous is actually a part of the process

I have a question how did you know that 90 % get approved did they say how many people applied for the visa and how many people get it ?

I know I read it on the Visa statistics page how many people interviewed versus how many people applied. I was worried at first too because it seemed liked not many people were getting approved. I even sent an email to the embassy asking them about the reasons for the denied visas. I was told by the embassy they recently denied a person because he had several petitions over the years with five different US women. Another denied because the petitioner did not make enough income for support. The main reason there aren't many k1 out of Tunisia is because its against the law there to have sex before marriage. I think most people would rather get married than wait!!

We do that on purpose.  Suspense adds spice.
