call again and pretend you don't know your case number.

They can still look it up from petitioner's A-Number or SSN along with address

Thank you I will tell him to call today and say that 🙂 hope this time we can have some answer

The reason of calling, case status/document not received.

Call and say you don't know your Reciept number right now. they will need petitioner's full name, dob, address as submitted on petition etc

then she can give you status and just just her and ask her to repeat the receipt number.

If it's been over 30 days since you filed any form with a USCIS lockbox (I-129F petition, AOS forms, etc.) and you don't have a NOA1, you should contact lockbox support.

From the "Contact Us" page on USCIS.gov ...

Lockbox

If you have a question about a filing mailed to the Chicago, Dallas, or Phoenix Lockbox you may email us at lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov and we will answer your email as soon as possible. Please include the form number, receipt number, petitioner and/or applicant name, and mailing address. Do not include Social Security numbers in emails.

Examples of Lockbox questions include:

  • The reason your submission was rejected;
  • How or where to submit an application or petition that should be filed at one of the three Lockbox locations; and
  • Filing more than 30 days ago and not yet receiving a receipt notice.
