Our NOA was 2 months ago and we haven’t heard/gotten anything else either.

Any chance that your packet was transferred to the Nebraska office?

Our NOA notice said California. If it was transferred since then, we don’t know about it.

Mine was transferred to Nebraska. They have the longest wait times from what the USCIS site says. Plus, folks are all on the last of their summer holidays. That might mean something too.

How do you find out if it’s transferred?

Did you get your NOA? The address is on the bottom. I sent mine to Texas (no not to the lockbox) and my I-797 (NOA) had the address of Nebraska. As well the first three letters on that form were LIN which stands for Lincoln, Nebraska.

Does this happen to anyone?

Yesterday I was able to check the case status on the old website, it showed "Biometric review was complete". This morning I check again and it does not show anything except this:

I tried to check my case status multiple times yesterday and it showed that every time. I have not received biometrics appointment letter yet (Potomac Service Center, my received date was 7/1/19 but I don't think anyone has gotten their bio yet from Potomac) so it should have just said the standard "Case was received"

For me the new site has always showed "We received your case". I was only able to see my case update on the old site yesterday, but then it disappeared this morning. My case is at Vermont, my biometric was done last Wednesday 08/21, and the review was completed on Sunday 08/25. I guess there is some technical malfunction.

Sent request for missing biometric appointment also via My account service. Case also with Texas Service Center.

Should receive a response by September 19th. Will see...

My case has been sent on 07/05/19 and recived on 07/11/19, Potomac also. After receiving NOA, haven't gotten my biometrics yet either. When website glitches like that, try opening the same page in different browser. It did work for me. Also question, everyone talking about old and new website,  I usually check it here https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do, is there anywhere else we can check status of the pending case? Thank you
