So our k1 was denied,  officer thought we looked too married based on staying together in hotel,  anyways, moving forward,  we got married after that and now applying for cr1.

Do i need to take k1 back and write something to uscis, if so then at what adress and how and what needs to be written? Thankyou so much

We submitted k1 in texas, but it was transferred to California service station that time.

No, you don't need to do anything about the K-1. It will be returned to USCIS and let expire.

So if i want to apply cr1 before i129 expires that what should i do?

The i129f expired 4 months after approval unless the consulate extended it.  Since they disallowed the visa, they had no reason to do that

YMMV

We married in Seychelles,  third country,  very beautiful.

I thought it takes 6 months after visa denial for i129f to expire, i must be wrong then. I will go ahead and file i130 soon.

Once again in this journey. Didn't lose hope

Oh my gosh, I mentioned Seychelles to you, I'm so excited it worked out! Congratulations! I love that place.  Regarding the K1, you don't need to do anything, but if that makes you nervous, you can do a USCIS inquiry on the old petition and they will send you a response like this:

The petition with receipt number WACxxxxxxxxxx was approved and was forwarded abroad to the United States Embassy/ Consulate for K-1 visa processing. Subsequently, the K-1 visa was not issued and the I-129F petition has been returned to the USCIS. Since the I-129F petition has been returned to the USCIS, all action on this petition is concluded and the petition will not be revalidated.

For I-129F Consular return cases where the K-1 visa was not issued, the USCIS may not be issuing any further notification about the case to the petitioner. In this instance, the petitioner may choose to file a new Form I-129F, Petition for an Alien Fiancé(e), with fee.

Sorry to hear that the K1 Visa was denied. How does one look too married? The Interviewer must had a bad day. I say 99% of couples in the Philippines stay in the hotel together.

In their case it is due to customs in the country of nationality.   In Islam an unmarried couple does not stay together in the same room.

In other cases in former Spanish countries it could be having a church wedding which is not registered with the government.

It can also be something like a photo at a party with a sign that says congratulations or pics of the bride wearing a white dress with a (wedding) ring.
