I didn't do interview at fairfax office. But I think you have good enough information there. If this is only an N400 (without i751) then the biggest thing would be to have copies of tax returns from past years. They seem to be also interested in knowing that you paid any traffic tickets that might have gotten in the past.

ITS ALL DONE!!!!   Oath Ceremony today at the US Federal Courthouse, (50 new citizens from 20 countries) very impressed with the organization, professionalism and genuine congratulations from the judge, USCIS staff, Court staff and all who participated.

Could never have done this without Visa Journey, thanks to all who answered questions and special thanks to the people who put together all the information in the guides.  We followed these line by line, to the letter, never used an attorney or agency, did it all ourselves according to the information on this site in 5 years, 5 months.  AGAIN THANKS TO ALL!

Asked 6 questions, they appeared to be selected by the computer, then a question displayed on an iPad on the desk and asked to read that then write on the ipad what the interviewer said.  This was in the Minneapolis USCIS office - could be different other places.  You'll do well - just review the test questions in the book.

Best success.

Dont be nervous. Interview was incredibly easy. Max 10 min, and then about 20 min of easy talk about life.

The only things that i was not expected to be asked its birth certificate of my stepson. Plus, my officer asked to see all taxes for the last 3 years + mortgages for 2 houses.

Congratulations

You're lucky it's in the morning - less chance of waiting hours for the interview...

I don't thank the New York field office (Manhattan/Bronx residents) has same day oath. It seems that some people get the oath letter handed to them on the day of the interview (if approved) but that's usually people who are interviewed before a certain time (e.g. maybe 1-2pm). My interview although scheduled for 1pm didn't happen until about 4pm. So I didn't get the oath letter. My case was approved 2/25 and I am waiting for the oath letter info. I know there is a ceremony 3/13 but I probably won't get scheduled for that one. I know two other people (Manhattan/Bronx) who had their interviews in early January (and were approved) and the wait from interview to oath day was almost 6 weeks.
