Got Interview Letter Today in Documents Tab for Jan 6th 2020.

FP was done on 7/1/2019 (Washington DC)

Planning to travel out of country post interview but before Oath.. (assuming oath is 3 weeks after interview) ..Is there any issue ?

No issues. They will Ask for any Changes and or travel since filing.  Give them the info. For the most part they will have entry date back into US but might/will not have exit date out of US. Give those facts- dates and countries visited.

Are you getting your name changed as part of the n-400? If so,  you might have to wait longer than 3 weeks. It was 6 for us but there are others that waited for 3 months.

I am in Southern California, and I have my interview on Jan 6. I took a look here https://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/clerk-services/naturalization-ceremony-locations-and-schedule to get an estimate of possible oath ceremony dates. I see there's only one per month, each time for 10000.

Any idea if there are other places for oath ceremonies around here? And in your experience, in case of approval, how soon would they schedule my oath?

Just had my interview at 10:00am today. It was a judicial oath ceremony. There were 94 of us. It was a smooth journey for my naturalization. Thank you everyone. Btw, application took less than 6 months. I applied June 24 and had my oath 12/11/2019. I had a name change so maybe that’s why I had longer wait time.  Anyways, good luck to all who are still waiting.

a month after interview and neither my wife’s nor my USCIS account shows the oath ceremony letter posted online. I got my mailed copy. Her oath date letter still not received.

Any suggestions? Wonder if there’s any action (like sending USCIS a message) that might help get a status update without affecting their processing resources

Did she change her name? It might take longer if she did that’s why. And also the wait time where you filed the application also matter. I had name change and had to wait for 3 weeks to get it approve and to be scheduled for oath. Btw, what is the estimated wait time on your application? It took me 5 months and 17 days to be exact for my whole process. From filing to oath taking. I am from Hawaii and it’s a 5 year residency category.

My wife's interview is scheduled for January! 🙂  She got the electronic notification last week, the letter arrived yesterday. Fingers crossed that her file will have arrived before her date. When we went for her AOS, the file hadn't been with the officer yet; we still interviewed, but I think that played a part in the delay of her official decision notification three months later than it should have come.

No change of name. overall nothing to complain about (June 2019 filing - so relatively quick Boston FO), but the inconsistency of the process steps creates anxiety
