Personal note:  I'm finished with this infernal immigration process, but I remember the trauma of it clearly.  I sincerely hope for rapid progress in your case.  Even if I don't respond openly, I cheer loudly at each announcement of success.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I had included everything I could think of like checking account statements, driving license, insurance, tax returns, phone bills, photos, retirement plan beneficiary etc. but I still got the RFE not sure what else they want.

Good luck everyone!

Nothing I say should in any way be construed as a breach of VJ TOS. http://www.visajourn...m/content/terms

All my comments regarding any visa's or routes to obtaining one are subject to their individual terms and conditions, the full extent of which can not possibly be fully detailed in any reply on a forum such as this.

In particular but not limited to condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method.

If you read it that way please re read what I wrote, not what you think I wrote. Or what somebody could misconstrue that I wrote.

RFE or approval, likely.

Unless you change the address recently, that could just be a change of address confirmation.  Keep us posted.

Obviously we have to wait till the letter arrives but 1) do you have any complications with your immigration history, 2) did you include evidence from marriage to the present, and 3) did your evidence cover the 4 areas highlighted in the link below (click on the arrow)?

I'm not sure why you got RFE. I think, best you can do now is just wait and follow instructions on the letter. And I wish you the best of luck! 🙏🏼

I had to submit RFE with my Conditional Greencard before.

At that time, my lawyer advised me to send:
1. Power of Attorney

2. Affidavit letter from at least 3 people who know about our marriage.

3. Calls and text messages report (you don't have to print out detail what you talked to each other, you just go to your phone bill account online and print out the report of each month how many time you guys call and text together). My lawyer advised to send this report together with just some extra screenshots of detail messages what you talked.

4. Some social media post/pictures

It took me 2 weeks to prepare for this and sent.

Then it took them 2 week to approve me for my Conditional Greencard.

And then I just followed these instructions to send my application for the Removal of Conditional Greencard and N-400.

Hopefully this new one can bring all good luck for us. :)

People I just received a great news that my new card is being produced

Timeline

Filed with CSC April 2018

Extension letter received end of May 2018

Received 18 months around June or July

Biometrics notice of reuse received in beginning of  March

Case transferred to Nebraska end on March

I called and request another 18 extension letter in April because the one I received they is folded right were it states it is extended and it was becoming hard to read. Received it in two weeks.

Today I checked my USPS mail digest and a letter from USCIS then checked my case status it says as of May 9 New card is being produced.

Thank you all for your help and support.
