Photos generally don't show when you met. Time/date stamps can easily be added afterwards to show any date. Photos are fine to include, but should be corroborated with other evidence.

What tickets did you show? Airline tickets & itineraries don't show you actually boarded a flight.

Passport stamps are good, although from the RFE it sounds like the petitioner did not provide stamps of being in the same country as the beneficiary.

You can also include receipts, credit card statements, record of a withdrawal at an ATM, etc. in the country.

What does show that we boarded the plane? I provided receipts, boarding passes and passport stamps.

Passport stamps would verify you entered the countries.

I'm assuming printouts of electronic entry/exit records would be fine to include as well, but the stamps would be harder to falsify than a printout.

What if I just sent them the passport? I just had it renewed so don’t need it now.

I would not suggest sending an original passport (or other original documents). A copy is sufficient.

I agree not to send it, but the OP is going for a K-1 visa. No documents are submitted at NVC in their case.

Send copies of the passport including bio page and the stamps, boarding passes if you have or as mentioned electronic entry printout too.

If you have hotel receipts, together with itinerary it helps. or even credit card usage in the country during your visits.

I would try to send these together with what you have already sent. don't send anything original, especially your passport!

resubmit the same pictures of you two TOGETHER and your plane tickets and passport stamps

Thank you! Do you know if this has worked for anyone? It sounds like approvals are down since Trump took office.

Relax.  Papers get lost  sometimes.   If it is legit then it will happen.  Paperwork is very important.  Help USCIS document the reason to allow your visa

I second this suggestion. It would also help if the pictures were taken with other people in it or with landmarks of the places you visited. It will help show the authenticity of the visit.

Btw, we didnt submit any copies of passport with stamps but some hotel and airline bookings have both our names.

Just be careful. Resubmitting evidence only usually works when they don't have the proof. According to the OP,  USCIS acknowledge they have it all and that it wasn't overlooked, but that it didn't meet the requirements.

All of this gets scanned into the system, so when you respond to the RFE with exactly the same information and they pull up what they have, they can just deny since the RFE wasn't satisfied since they wanted MORE than what was sent.

If you're going to send the same things, send MORE along with it, send a copy of your stamped passport and any other proofs you can.
