AOS denial, what's next to do.

I have a feeling this is a case where we aren't going to hear back from the OP and find out exactly what they sent to figure out what the solution is.

 

I hope they resolved what it was and they reapply with all required documents.

Exactly. It is so frustrating when people here take the time to try to help someone, and that person just answers the questions for clarification in one sentence posts that don't really give us any information that could help us to help them.

I am worried now that my AOS will be denied. When we filled AOS we used my mother as a joint sponsor and she only filled i864 instead of i864a. Not sure if we did that wrong or were suppose to submit i864a as a supplement .

When I applied for AOS my joint sponsor used a I-864. I got approved with no problem. It will just differ if the joint sponsor is in the same household as your spouse.

An I-864 as a joint sponsor is fine.

She may have had the option to do an I-864A as a household member instead, depending on if she lives in the same residence as you. If she did qualify, whether or not that was a better option depends on the circumstances.

At the time of filling we were residing with my mother but a month after we moved away. We added a letter from my mother stating she will house us until we are able to find our own place to live.

Joint sponsor via the I-864 was fine.

Hi, the tax transcripts are fine. I was approved with no RFE with AOS using tax transcripts... the W2 info is on the tax transcripts

They do, and in this case the applicants sent in transcripts which is perfectly acceptable on their own, but the also sent in copies of 1040s without the W2s.  These folks received RFEs for the missing W2s even though the transcripts were there.

Sorry OP in advance if you are still with your spouse, which means you are not that ex.

I have the same feeling 😀 Could be very helpful if he would post list of everything he sent. But he disappeared, suddenly and dont want to provide more info. A waste of time for people who actually can give a good advice.
