Why is the receipt number IOE********** (online filing) when the form and documents were sent via USPS?

NOA1 was mailed from Texas Service Center at Mesquite.

Is TSC the one handling our case now? Shouldn't it be TSC**********?

And why is it when checked over the phone and online the Receipt Number is can't be found/invalid?

04/26/2019 - mailed i-130 via USPS to AZ lockbox
04/29/2019 - Priority date
05/10/2019 - Received NOA1

Hello everyone,

I'm Alix married to an animerican living in L.A. We sent the file on April 23rd, got a receipt saying they received it on April 24th,  the notice date is April 29th, 2019 (which I guess is the notice date starting of the process).

Take care and good luck to us all,

Alix

Online it says:

On April 12, 2019, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number SRCxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Hello AlenaNick, it seems to me that you are correct. If your personal infos listed in the receipt are correct, you are fine and have nothing to do (but I'm a true newbie here). We'll see what other members say.  :)
