I'm actually sending my package before 3pm today, my window opened on April 19 but I only finished the paperwork around 1am this morning. 

My window opened in March.  I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was and my evidence was scatteered everywhere.  I'm not sure I will make the April filing.  I'm still waiting for a document to arrive in the mail, so more than likely, everything will make it to USCIS the first week of May, but you never know.

Sent out my package on 4/16. Delivered on 4/19. Still waiting for the NOA1 text...hopefully I get it by tomorrow.

Hi guys, filing for ROC this week. Does anyone know if one can apply for a UK visa with the NOA extension?

Same here, I kept telling myself that I needed to start working on my package in January to make sure I had enough time. And I did, and I thought I was doing great. But by the end here now I realized how much more work it was than I had first thought.... So yesterday I was working overtime. 

 

Yeah try to file as soon as possible. Obviously it's not always that easy when you need to wait for certain documents to arrive etc. I really need the extension letter so I can renew my Driver's License, so better for me to file early so I can get everything needed before my license expires (same date my greencard expires). I need it for work. 😐

Great question. My husband might need to get a UK transit visa soon....so I'm really wondering the same thing.

I also sent mine out on the 16th, and so far no confirmation text yet. I'm mostly concerned they don't look past the cover letter for the payment form 🤣

So, package has finally been dropped off at the PO. I'm crossing my fingers it'll arrive safely and that they actually accept it. 

 

My package weighed about 4lbs and was sent in one of those USCIS priority boxes. It was only about $10, surprisingly enough. No signature.

Hi, congratulations on filing! Did your application have supporting evidence from the start of your marriage or only from the last 2 years, i.e., since AOS approval?

Since we got married in November 2016, there were a couple of photos from before we got married but that was it. My AOS was only approved in July 2017.

Thanks. And did you include evidence such as bank statements, photographs, etc. obtained between Nov 2017 and July 2017? I ask because I got married in Nov 2015, had AOS approved in June 2017. Now I am filing I751 and was curious if I need to include evidence beginning from Nov 2015. Thank you

Yes, I sent a bunch of proof starting from (about) November 2016 and up until the I-751 filing date. We never sent any proof at all with our AOS so USCIS doesn't have any proof of our bonafide marriage at all. We probably wouldn't have sent the same proof again had we actually already given them some at the AOS stage.

 

Nov 2015 to June 2017 is a long while, I would recommend sending proof from that time of your marriage too.
