there is another person who submitted March 28 and is still waiting I believe that was @mysonhead. hopefully you hear something today.

Do they really put it at the end of the line if I re-upload a file?  Another 3 weeks?

Yes I think so. But if you wait and then they reject it now possibly 3weeks from that date. So even longer potential wait.

I resubmitted something for the 2nd time on April 1 but then had to do it again because I was concerned they wouldn’t take it the way I uploaded it. So on April 5 I redid it again. I’m sure it put me back four days.

But what if I left it and it was wrong. I’d find out 3 weeks later it was wrong. Have do it again and wait 3 more weeks for review. Better to set myself back 4 days instead of 3 weeks v

It looked a little blurry and there was a corner of a page cropped out.  I re-uploaded a jpeg and it was much cleaner.

Unfortunately, you really have to give NVC exactly what they are asking for. What immigration file are they requesting? Can't you request another from the original source where you got it?

I called NVC.. if you can not get the file and the United States has the records you just need to write a statement saying so.
