What is the document and for who?  I see above you said birth certificate.

If it is your spouse's, it'll go under required docs for their portion (IV application).

If it is yours, it will go under primary sponsor/ yours, additional docs was fine for mine (accepted)

My parents are my household sponsors and their birth certificates are both under required documentation for proof of domicile and also accepted.

I did it already, it’s for my joint sponsor. Now that is done.

I submitted my documents on 3/23 and filed my 2018 tax return a few days before that. To my surprise, the 2018 transcript is now available from the IRS website.

I had only uploaded the 2017 transcript and full 2018 return with W-2 along with a written explanation that the 2018 transcript was not available yet.

If I upload the 2018 transcript now, will the review cycle reset?

You can upload it if your documents have not been reviewed yet, but if you submitted 2017, you should be approved with that and you can bring 2018 in hand to the interview. Only after April 15 will they ask for 2018 officially.

For us (numbers assigned on 2/20-2/25) it took about 2.5 weeks to resolve! I hope for you guys it is just a temporary error.  Basically CEAC in DC has to update their system daily so that the new assigned case numbers that NVC gives are recognized online (CEAC).  Once they update, you will be able to log in.  I see for most people it only takes a day or two to log in with no issue.  I think our group in Feb was an anomaly.  Wish you the best and try to log in today!

No luck yet !! :( soo annoying! I hope it works out tomorrow morning!
