So while maintenance going on they are not reviewing documents neither?

I sent all my documents, and I received a message on ceac telling me to add the joint sponsor and the joint sponsor’s household member as the petitioner household members, 

so we called and told them that we need a joint sponsor since the petitioner doesn’t meet the requirement, so they said the would review that info again. 

 

How long can it take?

They are closed because of National Fools day ....😂😂,jk i think they are closed due to heavy snow storm we got last night

They better be close due to maintenance 😑😑😑 and no today is not an holiday according to their calendar 💁🏼‍♀️ But no one knows what in their minds 😂😂 this is really driving me crazy lol😂

I don't see the maintenance message anymore. And I still can't login.

I just got some free time at work so I'm now going explore my options if any. This sucks.
