Is your phone connected to wifi, if it is, turn off WiFi on your phone and just use the internet on your phone. That worked for me when I couldn’t log in, it seems like it didn’t like my internet connection. Just a thought. Good luck!

I resubmitted documents 12 Feb but did not get any response till yet , what should I do?

They are not fast at all

They have a message on their website regarding the login issues. Though, I think they should rather put the message on the login page.

"We are aware of reported difficulties some users are having logging onto CEAC.  We regret any inconvenience and recommend you attempt to log on again at a later time.  Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue."

NVC/USCIS lost my papers for months. It took 9 months to get my case back on track and I have two approval letters from USCIS 7 months apart for the same case. It was a mess, so my expedite request included all of that. Lastly, I am told that my reason gets denied typically, but the embassy approved it this time. So it is all up to the embassy actually.

I wasn't able to log in the CEAC for 2 days, but I can log in today and paid fees.

You got your case number on 27th Feb?

I got case # on 02/26. I wasn't able to login until last night, so this morning I asked my spouse in another country to login and he was able to. After that I tried and I didn't have problem anymore. Maybe you can try the same thing. I see other people in different countries can login without any problem.

At least NVC is now aware enough about the problem, early today i have checked their website and this message was not up yet.

All approved except one today March 1 

 

My joint Sponsor is married filing jointly so they asked for he husband’s W2. On the I1864a form they ask the household members relationship with the sponsor. Are they asking relationship to me or the joint sponsor? The i864a form is for my joint sponsor’s husband.
