I did sent an inquiry about my AOS case processing before the offices were closed and it was due for a response by April 10 but got the notice on April 9th. Interview notice is coming in the mail.

Still under status of ' ready to be scheduled' for about 130 days... nothing changed...

Same situation here, am getting tired of the whole process. Alot of people have been rescheduled and scheduled for interview in Mephis but nothing is happening in Nashville office.

Same.. i also checked Menphis, seems like their process faster than Nashville. Hopefully we can hear some good news soon.

I'm assuming I may have to go to Nashville for the interview. But had not got any mail since. It's all a waiting game. Last I looked it seem to be a lot of progress between Sept and Oct so hopefully we'll see.

 

By Sept/Oct, I mean those was possibly the most interview (AOS/Greencard) date was given according to what I kind of saw from VJ's timeline at the Nashville office. Or it could be pushed until April.

Bumper, got notice from USCIS Online case tracked saying got scheduled for interview.

Now I have to arrive with my Husband (prior mentioned in the letter) to Nashville, TN! Next month though.

Has anyone been to Nashville AOS Interview recently?

Hey all we have a question. It did mention to bring Medical record unless supplied. Do we need to get another one of those or the one from the AOS packet was ok?

I'm a bumping overlord of Nashville reviver thread, all behold the incoming news of my Husband and I adventure and journey!

Howdy all. After an early trip to Nashville, settling down a very nice hotel in a good possible crime-less area and visiting cities for playing Pokemon Go, checking out our next Destination of where we'd like to live, and having fun at the Zoo.... we had our AOS Interview.

We arrived early, and since our appointment was 7:15am we waited in our vehicle until 7am. Getting up to get to the door, well looks like about 6-7 peoples were there as well. You got the usual CDC Guideline to follow wearing mask and preventing covid spread, no sickness and any of that nasty behaviour, drop off items in the bin and empty the pockets to get those scanned and go through a scanner, follow a very small maze to get to the front counter to retrieve your magical ticket ID and we all sit in a chair separately. My husband and I had to sit separately as well as everyone else. Well that's isn't an issue. It didn't take too long to wait, I think it was about 7:45am prior and we were called up by our ticket ID and directed to a room by our IO. So in the room you can take the mask off, we're communicating through an ipad like webcam with speakers/microphone.

The Q&A were very simple, your usual name/dob, where you live, where you work, etc. and asked if there anything extra they should know and we mentioned about our marriage, our apartment, how we decided on a kid in the future, etc very simple things like that. We did go through what we've brought for the interview, taken out what they already have so have what we can use later - Marriage Certificate, my (USC) Birth Certificate. They took the updated evidences we provided.

Well, to prevent all the boring tasks, our IO is very good and he is nice. We did get mentioned that due to a lot of stuff we've submitted, my Husband is likely to be approved for a GC and if so he'll get the letter in the mail, and then a follow up with the actual GC in the mail.

Believed it will be a conditional GC, which is no issue for us, and the adventure of our wonderful life continues.

PS. The people driving in Nashville is a lot better than what I came across from the East side of TN, and omg no traffic clog like Atlanta, GA!!!! Just wow.

Also, to the guy wondering about his daughter and from Knoxville - hang in there and keep your chin up, she'll do just fine.  If you visit this forum.

Our case just got updated to "ready to be scheduled for interview."  Looking forward to getting through the next phase of the process.

Hey guys, I have a quick question about address change.

So I filed my AOS application when I lived with my friends, and when I just moved to a new apt i got interview scheduled. I still visit my friends sometimes. If IO asks me 'where do you live' or any address prove, is it ok to tell them i just moved? i still can get mails from my friends mailbox tho...idk if it would be an issue

Um obviously you have to update when you move so you can get your mail to the current location you are at. Unless at your friend house it's the mailing address and then the new location is your physical address which should be mentioned.
