 Basically that's the case. They are hoping that she keeps being as nutty as she has been doing. That way 2020 would shine for them supposedly. The meetings I have been attending here in NC the headshed of the Republican party are really hoping to make significant in roads in to the Black and Hispanic comm by showing just how out of touch the Dems are.

  AOC can't run for pres though, so that could backfire, unless they can link the Democratic nominee to her somehow. Which makes me think whoever that nominee is, they are going to do everything they possibly can to distance themselves from her.

I know that but she will be trotted out as the poster child of what the current Democrat party looks like. So they are hoping that she will help out all the down races in 2020.
