You have communicated with USCIS

Yes I’ve called a couple times already and they said I’m still within normal processing times. It’s just frustrating seeing people from April being approved and still no update

It is frustrating - before we got our approval my fiance called and spoke to a tier 2 representative and they told him our application hadn't even been touched and then we got the approval the very next day so it is difficult to know if your even being told anything other than the run of the mill script they give to everyone.

Stay positive - its coming and it'l pop and surprise you when you least expect it.

:)

Start of the week with good vibes and a lot of faith, for all of us who are still waiting for the good news of being approved. With God!!

We are approved !!! Glory to God ... My tears I can not contain. Keep the faith that God is good.

Today I wrote through the chat and they told me that today they approved me.

Finally got the noa2 approval on July 11, so now I guess our case is going to the nvc. My fiance changed her address since I originally filed the petition in February so I'm not sure what to do. We don't want the embassy mailing packets to a residence she doesn't live at anymore.

Moscow doesn't send anything to your fiancee other than email until they send her passport back with the magic envelope (at least, they didn't back in Jan/Feb for Anastasia). And she'll provide her current address to the embassy with her visa application.

Hey, just got an updated second "ready" today. Wonder if I should try sending the documents again? haha. Kinda scared since I sent them in once and they said no.

How do I know when I have a “second ready”? Montreal received my documents on Friday and it has said Ready since yesterday.

The date will update and it will still say ready. I sent my documents after the second ready, and I received the P3 in the mail about 5 days after the second ready.

NOA2 just came in. Was approved on Monday 15th July. 13 days after RFE receipt notice.

Can someone please point me to a link for the NVC stage?
