Hi there, our application was sent at the same time as yours. Consulate received it already? Ours still says in transit. Did you call? Or receive an email?

I tracked it via DHL and it arrived at the embassy this afternoon, the website just hasn’t updated yet.

Hi there, I don't know if this is a dumb question, but our consulate received dates are the same and we still haven't received our Packet 3. Did you do anything after receiving your case number or was packet 3 just sent to you? And was it sent via mail or email? I'm concerned we missed something!

After our date last updated date changed to 7-19 we took that as meaning they were ready for packet 3: so we sent on Monday and received packet 4 Tuesday. No interview dates are available at the moment though

I never received packet 3, I just sent the packet 3 checklist I found online, the first page of my passport and DS160 a week after Montreal received my case. I would just send packet 3 if I were you and you can expect them to send you packet 4 a day or two later.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
